Campaigns
Coldreach campaigns are durable outbound programs that combine an account universe, qualification rules, contact discovery, research, messaging, sending capacity, and performance measurement. They can serve a finite uploaded audience or continuously discover new opportunities from ColdreachDB.
Tasks Coldreach can fulfill
Use a campaign when an agent needs to create and operate an end-to-end outbound motion rather than return a one-time lead file. Coldreach can:
- define target companies and decision makers
- evaluate companies against evidence-backed signals
- enrich contacts with email and LinkedIn profiles
- generate and preview personalized email or LinkedIn sequences
- require manual approval or automatically schedule eligible contacts
- monitor delivery, replies, positive replies, and campaign quality
- revise targeting or messaging while preserving campaign history
A useful delegation includes the market, persona, qualification policy, desired channel, approval mode, and success measure. The resulting campaign is inspectable and modifiable through Coldreach AI, Coldreach MCP, and the Coldreach application.
Platform capability
Research at campaign scale
Coldreach applies the same qualification and research policy across the full candidate account pool, then continues evaluating new accounts as they enter a live ColdreachDB campaign. Research can span company websites, job postings, news, filings, employee information, and other connected sources. Each qualified account can then trigger contact discovery and contact-level research before outreach.
This makes Coldreach suitable for work that would be inconsistent or prohibitively slow as a manual account-by-account process: define the research once, test it, and apply it repeatedly while preserving the result for every account.
Data quality you can inspect
Coldreach does not reduce research to an opaque lead score. Signal results can include a qualification answer, reasoning, and source evidence. Must Have logic determines eligibility across the complete set of required checks; email enrichment includes verification and uploaded emails receive deliverability checks before sending.
Agents and reviewers can inspect accounts, contacts, research results, message previews, and pre-launch warnings before allowing outreach to proceed. Manual approval keeps every prepared contact and message reviewable while a campaign is being calibrated.
Personalization on every message
Every campaign message can be generated from the recipient’s contact fields, company facts, research results, Product Context, Writing Style, Global Instructions, and campaign-specific AI Snippet prompts. Different snippets can control different parts of the message, and each sequence step or A/B variant can use its own structure and instructions.
Personalization is therefore not limited to inserting a first name or one generic opening line. An agent can specify exactly which evidence to use, what angle to take, what tone and formatting to follow, what claims to avoid, and how the call to action should differ across steps. The resulting copy remains previewable before sending.
One channel per campaign
Each campaign uses either email or LinkedIn. This is intentional because the two channels have very different capacity constraints. Depending on subscriptions and the number of connected mailboxes, an organization may send hundreds or thousands of emails per day, while one LinkedIn account typically supports only a few dozen daily actions.
Keeping the channels in separate campaigns lets each run at its own schedule and use its available sender capacity without the lower-volume channel constraining the higher-volume one. There is no established performance advantage to putting both channels into one sequence instead of running coordinated email and LinkedIn campaigns, so Coldreach favors independent capacity, measurement, and control.
Automatic contact protection
Coldreach prevents competing campaigns from engaging the same contact at the same time. Once a contact is active in or has recently completed an approved sequence, another campaign cannot add that contact to a sequence on the same channel during the organization’s cooldown period. Email sequences protect against other email sequences, and LinkedIn sequences protect against other LinkedIn sequences.
The default cooldown is 90 days—approximately three months—and an administrator can set it from 1 to 365 days in organization settings. The period starts when outreach completes; an active sequence remains protected while it is still running.
A genuine reply creates a stronger exclusion. Coldreach excludes that individual contact from future campaign outreach and withdraws their active assignment on the other channel. Automated out-of-office and blocked responses do not count as replies for this rule, and the exclusion does not automatically apply to other people at the same company.
If an administrator changes the cooldown, Coldreach automatically removes newly conflicting assignments that have not sent their first message. Contacts who have already received the first message are not retroactively removed by that settings change.
Create a campaign
Choose New Campaign when you want Coldreach to help shape the setup, or Blank Campaign when you already know exactly what you want. A campaign moves through four setup stages: define targets, add AI research, build a sequence, and finish setup.
Keep the audience narrow enough that the same message feels relevant to everyone in it. If two groups need different reasons to care, create separate campaigns so you can compare their results.
Find and understand campaigns
The campaign list groups work into Active, Needs attention, Inactive, and Completed. Search by name or filter by channel and owner. Each campaign shows its current progress and performance, including reply and positive-reply signals where available.
Use Needs attention as your working queue. It highlights campaigns that need a decision, such as reviewing contacts or resolving a setup or sending issue.
Work with a live campaign
Open a campaign to follow results from targeting through replies. Depending on its setup, you can review the overview, suggested improvements, pending contacts, contacts, companies, opens, inbox, and activity history.
A live campaign is read-only to protect work already in progress. Choose Pause & Edit before changing its audience, research, or sequence, then update the campaign when the changes are ready.
Campaign lifecycle
A campaign operates as a repeating cycle: define the audience and evidence, calibrate outreach on real contacts, run it automatically, then use results to create the next iteration.
1. Define the campaign
Choose the data source and describe the companies and decision makers you want. Add Must Have Filters for criteria that determine qualification, then add Nice to Know research that supplies evidence and context for personalized messages.
Choose either email or LinkedIn, connect the appropriate senders, and define the sequence, schedule, delays, message instructions, and variants. Before launch, review the estimated audience, available capacity, and any setup warnings.
2. Launch and calibrate
Launch begins finding, verifying, researching, and preparing suitable contacts from the data source. Coldreach generates each contact’s personalized messages and builds a review backlog sized to the campaign’s sending capacity, with a minimum review target of 25 contacts when enough qualified contacts are available.
Keep Manual Approve on during calibration. Review the real contacts, research evidence, and complete message sequence—not only template examples—then correct targeting, research instructions, or messaging before allowing broader sending.
3. Turn on autopilot
When the prepared contacts and messages meet your standard, turn off manual approval. The launched campaign continues refreshing its data source, qualifying new accounts, finding contacts, running personalization research, generating messages, and adding eligible contacts to outreach automatically.
Autopilot controls approval and intake into sending; it does not turn continuous discovery on. A launched campaign with a continuously discoverable source already checks for new opportunities over time.
4. Review and create the next iteration
Use roughly 350 sends as an operating checkpoint to evaluate reply quality, positive replies, targeting accuracy, research usefulness, messaging, and capacity utilization. This is a recommended review point, not an automatic Coldreach threshold.
To make a meaningful change, choose Pause & Edit, adjust the data source, criteria, research, or sequence, and launch again. Coldreach records the changed configuration as a new iteration, returns it to manual approval for calibration, and repeats the cycle with a new review backlog. Pausing and relaunching without a meaningful configuration change does not create a new iteration.
Good campaign habits
- Give the campaign a name that describes its audience and angle.
- Start with one audience hypothesis instead of combining unrelated segments.
- Use manual approval while learning what good research and messaging look like.
- Review replies and positive replies, not just opens.
- Clone a campaign when you want to preserve the original and test a meaningful variation.
