Find Emails
Coldreach can turn a named person at a known company into an email-reachable contact and check whether supplied or discovered addresses are suitable for outreach.
Tasks Coldreach can fulfill
- require a valid email during decision-maker discovery
- find missing work emails from a person’s name and company domain
- verify enriched email addresses
- run deliverability checks on uploaded addresses before sending
- exclude people who cannot satisfy an email-required campaign
The strongest input includes first name, last name, company domain, and the intended email channel. The output is a smaller set of contacts with verified or deliverability-checked addresses; discovery does not guarantee that every qualified person has a recoverable work email.
When Coldreach finds emails
For decision-maker searches, enable Needs Valid Email when the campaign requires an email address before a person can qualify.
For uploaded contacts with missing emails, enable Find email addresses. Coldreach uses the person's name and company domain to look for an address and verifies enriched results before outreach.
Uploaded email addresses also receive a deliverability check before sending. This protects sender reputation and reduces outreach to addresses that are unlikely to receive mail.
Prepare uploaded contacts
Provide a first and last name plus a reliable company domain whenever possible. A company name alone can be ambiguous; the domain tells Coldreach which organization to match.
Review the upload mapping before continuing. If the source file mixes personal and work addresses, decide which kind fits the campaign and its sending channel.
Set expectations
Not every person has a discoverable work email. A valid audience can therefore become smaller after enrichment and verification. Avoid weakening your targeting just to recover volume; broaden the decision-maker search only when the added roles are still relevant.
If your source contains email but not LinkedIn, continue to Find LinkedIn.
