Draft Message

Coldreach can generate and revise campaign messages from product context, audience definition, research signals, built-in contact fields, and AI Snippets. The capability supports email and LinkedIn formats plus controlled A/B variants.

Tasks Coldreach can fulfill

  • draft an initial email and threaded follow-ups
  • generate LinkedIn connection notes, InMail, or connected messages
  • insert evidence-backed personalization through AI Snippets
  • preview exact copy with representative lead data
  • compare before-and-after campaign copy
  • create A/B variants around a specific messaging hypothesis

The input should state the audience, value proposition, message angle, relevant proof, desired call to action, writing constraints, and channel. The output is reviewable sequence copy, not an automatically approved claim; unsupported personalization should be removed before launch.

Personalize every message

Coldreach generates personalization for the individual contact and company rather than producing one static message for an entire list. Any step can combine:

  • contact identity, role, and profile fields
  • company attributes and custom context
  • qualified and optional research signals
  • source-grounded AI Snippets with campaign-specific prompts
  • organization Product Context and Writing Style
  • persistent Global Instructions
  • explicit instructions for the message angle, format, claim boundaries, and call to action

An agent can define multiple AI Snippets when different sections need different logic—for example, one snippet for the reason the account qualifies, another for role relevance, and another for a concise proof point. Each email step, follow-up, LinkedIn action, and A/B variant can use a different combination.

Coldreach can therefore follow precise requirements such as “mention hiring only when the evidence is current,” “never cite the source directly,” “use a two-sentence opening,” or “change the CTA for technical and executive personas.” Previewing with real lead data shows the exact assembled message before it is approved or sent.

Writing Style can propagate organization-wide voice and formatting rules to generated unsent messages. Campaign-specific offers, links, and positioning remain controlled by the campaign and snippet instructions.

Write email steps

Email steps include a subject and body. Leave a follow-up subject empty when you want it to remain in the original thread. Insert standard contact fields and AI snippets where they improve clarity.

Keep each snippet responsible for one idea. Preview messages for several leads to catch repetition, missing context, awkward punctuation, or claims that are too strong for the research.

Write LinkedIn steps

Available drafts depend on the action:

  • Connection note: optional and limited to 300 characters.
  • InMail: subject and body for a person who is not connected; the body supports up to 1,900 characters.
  • Message: sent only when the sender and recipient are connected.

A short note that explains why connecting makes sense is usually better than compressing a complete sales email into the character limit.

Test variants

Add A/B variants when you have a specific question, such as whether a problem-led opening performs better than a trigger-led opening. Change one meaningful idea at a time so the result is interpretable.

Final review

  • Does the opening explain why this company or person?
  • Is every personalized claim supported by the previewed research?
  • Can the recipient understand the value without knowing Coldreach terminology?
  • Is the ask easy to answer?
  • Do follow-ups add something rather than repeat the first message?
