Coldreach AI

Coldreach AI is the native agent interface for delegating sales-development work to Coldreach. It can reason over the organization’s product context and live campaign state, use Coldreach tools, propose plans and copy, and apply confirmed campaign changes.

When Coldreach AI is a fit

Choose Coldreach AI when the task should be completed inside the Coldreach application and benefits from visual previews, campaign-scoped conversations, upload interfaces, contact-review cards, or Product Context editing.

It can create campaigns, diagnose targeting or messaging problems, analyze outreach performance, create and test signals, draft sequences, propose Creative Bets, change sending configuration, and prepare campaigns for launch. Conversations and automated reviews remain available as durable work history.

For external agents such as Claude, use Coldreach MCP V2 to delegate campaign planning, application, lifecycle control, polling, and contact review from that client.

Why delegate the work to Coldreach

Coldreach AI can turn one natural-language objective into coordinated account discovery, evidence-backed research, contact enrichment, and individually generated outreach. It works against the same durable campaign configuration for every account while still producing contact- and company-specific message content.

An agent can ask for broad research coverage without sacrificing inspectability: signal answers retain evidence and reasoning, email data is checked before sending, and exact messages can be previewed or held for manual approval. Product Context, Writing Style, Global Instructions, and campaign-specific prompts let the user control the output at organization, campaign, sequence, and snippet level.

Start a conversation

Open Coldreach AI and describe the outcome you want, or begin with one of the suggested workflows:

  • Create a new campaign
  • Improve my campaigns
  • Analyze outreach performance
  • Help me write sequences

You can also open AI from a campaign when you want the conversation scoped to that campaign. Be specific about the audience, goal, or result you want to improve; Coldreach AI can ask follow-up questions when it needs more context.

Give AI the right context

Product Context describes what you sell, your target market, value proposition, positioning, proof points, and case studies. This durable context helps the AI make decisions that match your business rather than relying only on one prompt.

Writing Style defines the voice, tone, formatting, greetings, calls to action, and phrases to use or avoid across campaigns. Writing Style changes require administrator approval before they are applied organization-wide.

Global Instructions hold persistent operational rules, such as mailbox preferences or actions the AI should always or never take. Connected chat sources can provide additional context when they are available.

Keep product facts in Product Context, presentation rules in Writing Style, and operating preferences in Global Instructions. That separation makes future conversations more predictable.

Create and change campaigns

For a new campaign, Coldreach AI can prepare a plan covering the campaign goal, company and contact targeting, outreach angle, personalization approach, and example message. Review whether those pieces support one clear audience hypothesis before continuing.

For an existing campaign, the AI can explain proposed changes with before-and-after details across targeting, angle, personalization, sequence, and outreach copy. It can also help with sending settings and launch readiness.

Drafting a change is not the same as approving it. Coldreach AI previews the exact work and asks for confirmation before applying campaign changes. It does not silently change a campaign from a recommendation card.

Improve performance

The Improve experience combines the campaign Quality Score with examples, an explanation of why the campaign received that score, and an AI recommendation. Ask AI to draft the recommendation when you want to turn the diagnosis into reviewable copy or configuration changes.

Coldreach AI can also propose Creative Bets: distinct message angles with a sequence preview and an explanation of why each might work. You can:

  • review one bet at a time
  • give feedback or request a variation
  • draft one bet for review
  • select two or three eligible first-touch bets for a Step 1 A/B test

Follow-up-only bets are drafted separately. Existing follow-ups remain unchanged unless you approve changes to them as well.

Continue previous work

Conversations are saved. My Chats contains user-started conversations, while AI Reviews contains automated reviews. Each conversation shows its associated campaign, owner, and message count where available.

Resume an earlier conversation when it is still solving the same problem. Start a new one when the objective or campaign has changed materially. Coldreach warns when another active conversation is already working on the same campaign, helping avoid conflicting edits.

Get better results

  • Ask for one decision or outcome at a time.
  • Include the campaign name when starting outside a campaign page.
  • Correct the underlying Product Context when the AI repeatedly misunderstands the business.
  • Review the proposed audience and angle before polishing individual sentences.
  • Treat AI recommendations as hypotheses to test against replies and positive replies.
