Sequencing
Sequencing lets Coldreach execute a timed, multi-step outreach policy after a contact qualifies. Each campaign uses either an email sequence or a LinkedIn sequence. An agent can select sender identities, schedules, delays, channel-specific branches, and message variants.
Tasks Coldreach can fulfill
- create or clone an email or LinkedIn sequence
- assign work or personal mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts
- configure sending days, timezone, hours, delays, and daily capacity
- distribute email volume across eligible mailboxes
- create initial steps, follow-ups, and channel-specific branches
- prepare the sequence for manual approval or automatic intake
The output is an operational sequence whose exact messages and schedule can be previewed before launch and inspected after contacts enter it.
Start a sequence
Create one from scratch or clone a sequence from another campaign. Cloning is useful when the audience and motion are similar, but review every message and schedule before launch rather than assuming the old setup fits.
Choose senders
For email, select the mailboxes that should share campaign volume. Use work or business mailboxes for standard email outreach and personal Gmail or Outlook accounts only when that identity matches the motion. Smartlead is a legacy option and should not be selected for new setups.
For LinkedIn, choose the LinkedIn account that will perform the actions. Its connection status and Premium capabilities determine which steps are available.
Set the schedule
Choose sending days, timezone, daily hours, and delays between steps. Coldreach spreads email volume across the sending window and selected mailboxes.
Give recipients enough time to respond before a follow-up. Use the recipient's likely working timezone, and check mailbox capacity and warmup warnings before launch.
Build the steps
Add the initial message, follow-ups, and any channel-specific branches. A focused sequence usually starts with a clear reason for reaching out, adds useful context in follow-ups, and stops asking after the value of another message becomes low.
